Thanks to its accuracy it allows to build also prototypes, concept models and mock up models. It can also be metallized.
THERMA DM210 s a nano-filled ceramic resin developed for rubber moulding applications, including VLT, liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at medium-low temperatures (max. 90°C). THERMA DM210 is suitable both for thin and thick models. Models made of THERMA DM210 resin can be easily removed from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carrying out some difficult cuts that would not be possible, otherwise, with a metal model. THERMA DM210 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.
THERMA DM220 is suitable for thick and thin models. It can be used to make liquid silicones and vulcanized rubber at a maximum temperature of 180-200°C. Models made of THERMA DM220 can be easily removed from the rubber mould and they can also be broken, allowing to carrying out some difficult cuts that would not be possible, otherwise, with a metal model. THERMA DM220 delivers extremely smooth surfaces and exceptionally precise and sharp details.
THERMA DM500 is a photosensitive material developed for the realization, with DWS stereolithographic technology, of injection mouldings for plastic material. The material has been developed to withstand over 200 cycles. The injected polymer can reach a maximum temperature of 220° C with up to 90 bar of closing pressure.
VITRA 413 is suitable both for thin and thick models. It is the ideal material to obtain smooth and precise clear samples.

VITRA DL375 is a photosensitive material for DWS stereolithography 3D printers, developed for high definition clear

FUSIA 445 was developed for direct casting. FUSIA 445 allows the building of detailed parts with high quality resolution, accuracy, smooth and thin surfaces, and does not require any other manual finishing. It is easy to burn out with standard investments.
FUSIA 445 is a photosensitive material for DWS stereolithography 3D printers, suitable for direct casting of detailed thin and solid models. In combination with proprietary software Nauta XCluster and Nauta XCluster Chain (optional) FUSIA 445 is one of the ideal materials for the print of already prepared clusters for direct casting.
